  • As with all dance and exercise programs, when joining our classes (group, private and semi-private lessons) or exercising with our videos, you need to please use common sense.
  • These videos are intended for adults, and we do not recommend or permit children in our classes.
  • To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any dance or fitness program.
  • Pre-Natal, Post-Natal, Pilates Reformer, senior, and other specialized classes may require medical clearance, and at their discretion, our teachers reserve the right to refuse service until medical clearance is obtained.
  • By performing any dance or fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk. Ballet For Women (or our parent company, DCE Clarity LLC), will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of our dance program, online dance class videos, or information shared on our website. This includes virtual classes, newsletter communications, videos, and text on our website.
